Control your phone. – “Finding balance between Privacy, health and technology”

Technology such as smartphones and computers are amazing tools that make us superhumans. But we often forget that there are overseen side effects attached to careless use. Privacy issues, smartphone addiction, and exposure to EMF radiation are just some of the ways those devices can affect us and those around us. Let’s be aware of the relationship with our devices.

This short documentary showcases three real stories of individuals who had their psyches, their health and their privacy threatened, but were saavy enough to overcome the threats enabling them a safer and healthier relationship with technology.
